Billing Policy (Month-to-Month)

This policy outlines the payment terms for graphic design and web development projects undertaken by 2 Digit Media.

Deposits:

  1. For projects with a total cost exceeding $200, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences. This deposit secures your project’s place in our schedule and covers initial setup and design/development phases.
  2. For projects with a total cost of $200 or less, full payment is required upfront before work begins.

Payment Schedule:

  1. For projects requiring a deposit, the remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and client approval of the final deliverables.
  2. Payment schedules for larger or more complex projects may be divided into milestone payments, which will be agreed upon with the client in advance and outlined in the project contract.

Payment Methods:

  1. We accept payments via Stripe (all major credit cards), PayPal, and Zelle (for invoices under $250, with a $1 convenience fee).
  2. Payments made via Stripe or PayPal through the client dashboard or invoice email notification will automatically update client accounts. For Zelle payments, clients must contact us directly to provide payment confirmation for manual account updating.

Project Commencement:

  1. Work on any project will not begin until the required deposit or full payment (for projects under $200) has been received and cleared.

Revisions and Approvals:

  1. The number of revisions included in the project fee will be specified in the project contract. Additional revisions beyond this limit may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to the client prior to commencing the additional work.
  2. Final approval of all deliverables is required from the client before the remaining balance is invoiced.

Cancellations:

  1. If a client cancels a project after the deposit has been paid (for projects over $200), the deposit is non-refundable. This covers the time and resources already invested in the project.
  2. If a client cancels a project before any work has commenced (and before the deposit is paid for projects over $200 or payment is made in full for projects under $200), no fees will be charged.

Communication:

  1. All communication regarding billing and payments should be directed to Customer Care at billing@2digitmedia.com.
  2. We encourage clients to contact us promptly with any questions or concerns regarding their invoices.

Policy Updates:

2 Digit Media reserves the right to update this billing policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
